Requirements for membership:
A. Take and pass with a score of 80% or higher the NAARPI Inspector Examination for the
Exterior.
B. Take and pass with a score of 80% or higher the NAARPI inspector Examination for the
Interior.
C. Take the NAARPI Inspector Safety Quiz.
D. Take and pass with a score of 80% or higher the NAARPI Code of Ethics and Standards
of Practice Examination.
E. Complete the on line NAARPI Application/Affidavit.
Congratulations! You are now a member and Certified NAARPI Inspector and have
access and usage to the NAARPI logo and Proprietary Software for residential rental
inspectors.
The $285 membership fee covers everything, processing the application, certification and
certificate, access to training material, access and use of proprietary NAARPI Inspection
Software, discounts on tools and website design. Most Applications are processed within 24
hours after completion of all the above requirements, you will receive your member "user name"
and password to gain access to the members only section.
Members of NARPM as well as PMIS employees receive 15% off membership fee.
$242.75 All members agree to prominently display the NAARPI logo without changing
or distorting it's appearance on your marketing materials i.e. website and brochures.
