PMIS has not only streamlined our Inspection process it has taken our Property Management Company to the next level
of customer service. We are now able to provide owners and tenants with far greater service within the areas of repairs
& preventive maintenance. This has shown all owners that we are continually on top of their property by doing this

Many of our owners were skeptical, but after seeing the report they were very impressed.  They really like
the pictures.  They especially like the interior shots which help them feel more in touch with how the tenant
is living.  We are finding many issues the tenants are not reporting that need attention.  Also, we feel better
knowing that the owners now know, and can see via the pictures, about the exterior maintenance that
needs to have their attention.  
We also use the reports to notify the tenants of things they will be responsible for at move-out.  We can
also deal with them in advance if it is costly items, and it helps when negotiating their renewal.

Since beginning with PMIS for our pre-management inspections, we have been able to greatly reduce the "surprises"

Quest Property Services was thrilled to be introduced to the inspection offerings of PMIS at a NARPM
conference. It is actually saving our owners money on make-readies, as it takes far less time for the
contractors and technicians to locate and assess problems since many are already identified on the PMIS
transitional move-out inspection reports. In the short time we have been using PMIS services, we are
already streamlining the move-out report process in determining what to charge against the tenant's
deposit for items that are not normal wear and tear. We look forward to soon using PMIS for periodic
