The Texas Inspection Firm abides by the following Standards of Practice in accordance with the
laws, rules or regulations of the jurisdiction in which the inspection is being performed. Where
no Standard has been adopted or where a state's Standard is less than the NACHI, the highest
standard shall be used. The Standard of Practice for Texas shall conform to "TREC" Standard
of Practice.
